Personal Styling with Deep Transformation at its Heart
Let's make being a colourful person stuck in beige outfits and second-guessing yourself a thing of the past. Just like your secondary school ex.
Using style and my Fuck Yeah Method, break free from holding yourself back, own what you really want, and become the version of you who breaks rules, takes up space, and stops shrinking for anyone.
Ready to take up more space?
Just so you know, if any of these make you think “what the actual… that’s 100% me?” it’s not your fault…
Pssst, these come from my personal experience, so don’t sweat it if you’re a yes to all. We’re kindreds!
You second-guess yourself a lot; not just your outfit choices, but decisions across your whole life.
You know you're meant for more. You also talk yourself out of it. A lot.
You hold back. In what you wear, what you say, what you ask for, and what you let yourself want.
You're playing small in your relationships, in your business, and in how you dress. And some part of you knows it.
You want the relationship. You want your business to be more known. But somehow you're not dating, showing up on social media, or walking into any networking room consistently.
Not because you don't want it enough. Because some part of you learned it wasn't safe to take up that much space.
You worry about what people will think about what you wear, what you share, what you need, and when you say no.
Here's the thing. All of those come from the same place. And as I said, it’s not your fault.
Somewhere along the way, you learned that being fully yourself made you too something…
Too much.
Too loud.
Too unladylike.
Too needy
Too emotional
Too bold.
So what did you do?
You made yourself smaller. Now, as a grown-ass woman, it’s playing out in your outfits, in your relationships, in your professional life. And you've been living with that sh*t for so long it just feels like who you are.
NEWSFLASH: It isn't.
So the time has come to set down the old suitcases full of stuff that were never yours to carry in the first place and begin showing up as the main character you are everywhere.
And here’s how we do that…
Step 1
Naming
We get honest about where you are, where you want to be, and what's standing in the way. The blocks and old stories that have kept you stuck in the people-pleasing loop, playing small, and holding back from showing up the way you actually want to.
(This involves EFT tapping, journaling exercises, and creating a vision for who you're becoming so you can break and change the old patterns and start showing up differently.)
Using my F*CK Yeah Methodology…
Step 2
Uncovering and developing your Main Character Style
We look at what's actually working in your style right now, and what isn't and just as importantly, how you want to feel in your clothes, not just how you want to look.
Then you learn the real skills — proportion, silhouette, colour — not as rules to follow, but as language for translating that feeling into what you actually wear.
You build repeatable recipes that are entirely yours, and start trusting your F*ck Yeah — your gut — instead of second-guessing every choice. This is about alignment, not a makeover.

Step 3
Living it
You've got the foundations, the confidence, the skills, and started the process of dismantling and changing what's been holding you back.
Now you take it into the real world in your business, your relationships, your life. Because showing up differently doesn’t just happen; it takes consistent action taken in your real life.
Same with your style: it isn't built in a vacuum, and it's not one-and-done.
It takes continued experimentation and ongoing practice (done in a fun way) to train your eye and skills and to keep evolving it as you do.
**** This is a high level overview of the F*ck Yeah Methodology to give you the gist of the process and everything we do is personalised to you.
What do you need help with?
Pick your path…
For when you’re ready to start walking into any room, meeting, or social moment feeling confident and completely like yourself in how you dress, show up and how you're seen. (No more colourful on the inside, beige on the outside.)
For when you're tired of the same flat outfits and your love life being a shit-show and ready for both to change.

“I finally understand my personal style. I used to buy things on impulse and feel chaotic, but now getting dressed is easier, calmer, and so much more ‘me.’ Sarah opened my eyes to my style, which is a classic with a twist that I never knew I had!”
Former Client: Heidi USA
Sarah helped me to look at the contents of my wardrobe in a completely new light!
“Now, instead of avoiding things that might be too tight or too garish, or thinking that certain things don’t go with each other or aren’t really ‘me', I challenge myself to give them a go and mix them up.
A large bag of things went to the charity shop, but now I can actually better see things that I like in my wardrobe, and I’m having fun trying them on in different ways, or redesigning them so that I do like them and feel more like myself.”
Former Client: Mary UK
“My wardrobe is now much simpler and organised around shapes that work for me. Sarah helped me develop a formula for putting outfits together that gives me that “f*ck yeah” feeling — without overcomplicating things. But what shifted most was my confidence.
I feel newly able to decide what I like, regardless of what Instagram might suggest mums should be wearing. I actually feel excited to get dressed in the morning, knowing I can create combinations from my wardrobe that work for me and my life.
If you’re considering working with Sarah, have the courage to be vulnerable and let her help you. She is thoughtful, experienced, kind and creative — and I would recommend her without hesitation."

It gets used as a throwaway phrase online — vibes, confidence, treating your commute like a movie scene. And yes that can be part of it.
But that's not what I mean. Main character energy, to me, is what happens when you stop editing yourself down — in what you wear, what you say, what you charge, who you let yourself want. It's not a mood, it's a practice: catching the moment you'd normally shrink, and choosing not to. Inside and out. -
It is personal styling: we work on your actual wardrobe, your actual outfits, your actual style. But I'm not prescribing what you wear or shopping for you — I'm teaching you the skills to tune into what works for you, so you're not dependent on me forever.
And it's coaching, not therapy — I'm not a therapist, I'm a qualified coach. If you've already done therapy and can name your patterns but still find yourself repeating them, that's exactly who this is for — because knowing isn't the same as changing. -
No. We start with what you already own.
Most of the time, the issue isn’t that you need more clothes. It’s knowing how to put together what you already have.
If any gaps come up, I’ll point them out, but there’s no pressure to shop and no set budget you need.
-
That’s completely fine!
You don’t need to come in with a clear idea. We figure it out together.
-
YES!
This isn’t about dressing for a “body type” or following rules. It’s about understanding what works for your proportions, your preferences, and how you want to feel in your clothes.

The Style Power Hour is a one-off session to give you clarity and direction.
The Style Shift is where we go deeper. Over six weeks, you learn the skills, build your own styling system, and actually practise it so it becomes something you can rely on, not just something you understand.

Most stylists focus on giving you outfits. I focus on helping you understand how to create them.
I’m not here to tell you what to buy, hand you a set of outfits, and send you on your way.I teach you how to do it yourself, so you develop true style confidence
We work together to figure out what actually works for you, and we buid build a personalised styling system you can keep using long after we’ve finished.

Yes!
If you’ve ever avoided something or felt uncomfortable because nothing felt right to wear, this will help you build outfits you actually feel good in so you can show up without overthinking it.

Because it's not really about the clothes. The same pattern that has you reaching for the safe, boring outfit — because standing out feels like "too much" — is the exact same pattern that has you softening what you actually want to say on a date, or settling for someone who doesn't quite meet you. Style is just the fastest, most visible place to catch yourself doing it. Once you can see it there, you start seeing it everywhere — including in love. We work on both because they're the same habit, not two different problems.
-
Yes. Because this isn't really about finding a relationship. It's about getting clear on what you actually want — and then having the confidence to go after it, whatever that looks like for you.
If you're consciously single and happy, we work on making sure that's a genuine choice and not the good girl in you keeping you safe. If you want a relationship but keep getting in your own way, we work on that. If you genuinely don't know, that's fine too — that's usually where the most interesting work happens.
The only women this isn't for are the ones who are completely happy exactly as they are. And if that were true, you probably wouldn't be here.
-
I mainly work with women over 40, but it’s less about age and more about where you are in your life.
If you feel like your style doesn’t quite reflect who you are anymore, you’ll get a lot from this.
-
Because everything you've tried has worked on the outside and skipped the inside. Capsule wardrobes give you a list. Colour analysis gives you a season. Stylists give you outfits. None of them ask why you've been dressing the way you have, what's been holding you back from wearing what you actually want, or why a wardrobe full of clothes still leaves you feeling like you have nothing to wear.
That's where we start. With you — not your wardrobe. The clothes come second. Which is exactly why this works when everything else hasn't.
