Here’s a collection of kind words, breakthroughs, and messages I’ve received over the years, from women who found their confidence, style, and voice again.

Before working with Sarah, clothes were no longer fun or a source of joy. Getting dressed each morning felt like a stressful chore.
In a bid to adapt and update my wardrobe and based on what other people had told me suited me colour-wise, things I was drawn to in shops, and items I bought because they ‘looked good’ on other people, I’d completely lost myself.
I’d often look in the mirror and feel like I was playing a character that never quite felt like me. If an outfit worked, it was pure luck and the failure rate was increasing by the day.
Through our sessions, I had a realisation about how much I loved patterns, and that I could be edgy without being head-to-toe black. That was honestly startling. I found myself making bolder choices, experimenting more and learning to play with clothes again.
I started mentally pre-planning my office outfits the night before and actually feeling excited about the reactions I’d get. The combined result was a seismic shift in my self-belief.
Learning to shop with filters has also been enormous. I’m making far more strategic decisions now instead of buying randomly and hoping for the best.
Clothes became fun again. But even more importantly, the outfits we were creating felt like a version of myself I’d only ever dreamt of. It was like a part of me was being released after years in captivity.
I went from wanting to hide in the shadows to wanting to shout, scream and be seen.
The confidence it’s given me is like nothing else. I’ve always been awful at receiving compliments, but I’ve had so many since working with Sarah — and now instead of shrinking, I find myself thinking, “What can we try next?!”
Working with Sarah has genuinely been the best investment I’ve made in years. From the moment I came across her, I could tell she was different — and she did not disappoint.
It’s a big deal opening up your wardrobe, habits and insecurities with a stranger, but I never once felt judged or discouraged. Our calls were always a weekly highlight, and I always felt at the right pace of progress.
If you're on the fence about working with Sarah, I say do it!

I had a virtual Style Power Hour with Sarah. I’m in my 40s, my kids are entering their teens, and I’ve just started my own business.
I was feeling completely lost with my personal style.
From our first FaceTime consultation, we immediately clicked.
Sarah sussed me out straight away, and I had lightbulb moments from the start, like realising my taste and my personal style were two totally different things!
I’ve definitely spent a lifetime shopping to boost my mood rather than buying what I actually need, which left me lacking the basics to pull my wardrobe together (because buying black trousers was never as fun). I was constantly being told I was “quirky,” but it never felt like a deliberate choice, just chaotic. I was dressing for occasions rather than for me.
I’m normally a bit fearful of video calls, but I thoroughly enjoyed chatting and sorting through my wardrobe with Sarah.
She’s super knowledgeable and intuitive, totally grasped my personal style, and knew exactly how to pull things together. It honestly felt like chatting with a friend — she was clear about what to keep or let go of, but never pushy.
It surprised me how often I’d been buying things just because they were cool or had an eye-catching pattern, rather than thinking about whether they fit my style or worked with what I already own. I’d been caught up in the emotion of buying instead of thinking in terms of outfits — and I always thought that kind of planning was boring! But now I feel so much more in control when I get dressed, and it’s taken away so much stress.
I usually defaulted to comfort and felt frustrated that nothing “worked.” Now I’ve got loads of new styling ideas and a much clearer sense of what suits me, I feel most confident in sharp, classic shapes with a twist. I’ve realised I don’t need to go wacky to avoid looking boring or mumsy; a quirky twist on the classics feels far more me.
I’m loving shopping again and noticing pieces I would have overlooked before. I feel more confident, more aware of my personal style, and excited about getting dressed.
After having a baby, I’d lost confidence in how I presented myself to the world. I felt invisible and completely uninspired by my wardrobe.
Working with Sarah changed that.
Her kindness and warm approach helped me see my style , and myself, in a new light. During our session, I gained clarity on what in my wardrobe actually excited me and what I was ready to let go of.
My wardrobe is now much simpler and organised around shapes that work for me. Sarah helped me develop a formula for putting outfits together that give me that “f*ck yeah” feeling — without overcomplicating things.
What shifted most was my confidence.
I feel newly able to decide what I like, regardless of what Instagram might suggest mums should be wearing. I actually feel excited to get dressed in the morning, knowing I can create combinations from my wardrobe that work for me and my life.
If you’re considering working with Sarah, have the courage to be vulnerable and let her help you.
She is thoughtful, experienced, kind and creative — and I would recommend her without hesitation.

Having been out of employment for a long while and with changes to my physical appearance, I’d lost my identity and purpose. Years of a shopping addiction and mental illness meant my home had hoards of clothes in it, which meant I had lost sight of my personal style in the sheer quantity of what I owned. Despite having so many clothes, I was mainly getting dressed in comfortable, scruffy loungewear, as my self-esteem was so low, and I just didn’t know where to start with getting out of the hole. I was feeling very stuck and overwhelmed.
Through having regular sessions, the outlet to discuss my challenges and then receive actionable goals kept me moving forward. Small changes in daily habits meant I started to face my hoard and work on it every day in whatever way was achievable. The daily check-ins especially helped me plan my tasks and feel accountable to someone else, and then once I started seeing progress in my home environment, I had a clearer mind to think about what I wanted from my life and who I wanted to be on the other side of de-hoarding.
My challenges were always validated, and you didn’t try to push your own narrative or agenda. You adapted your coaching to meet me where I was at, whilst also giving me some well-intended kicks in the right direction if required. Supportive and knowledgeable but not afraid to say it how it is, which I loved.
" I finally understand my Personal Style
“I finally understand my personal style. I used to buy things on impulse and feel chaotic, but now getting dressed is easier, calmer, and so much more ‘me.’ Sarah opened my eyes to a twist-on-classic style I never knew I had!"

"Sarah helped me to look at the contents of my wardrobe in a completely new light!
Sarah helped me to look at the contents of my wardrobe in a completely new light… now instead, of avoiding things that might be too tight or too garish, or thinking that certain things don’t go with each other or aren’t really ‘me', I challenge myself to give them a go and mix them up.
A large bag of things went to the charity shop, but now I can actually better see things that I like in my wardrobe, and I’m having fun trying them on in different ways, or re-designing them so that I do like them and feel more like myself.
